Definitions#

"Company", "SEYA AUORA", "SEYA AI SOLUTIONS", "We", "Us", or "Our" refer to SEYA AI SOLUTIONS, a legally constituted business entity, including its present and future trade names, brand names, products, services, digital platforms, mobile applications (including but not limited to the SEYA AUORA mobile application), Websites (including but not limited to www.seyaauora.com), administrators, owners, affiliates, successors, assigns, contractors, and authorized representatives, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Platform or Platforms: Refers to the SEYA AUORA mobile application(s), website(s), web application(s), dashboards, digital interfaces, artificial intelligence systems, consultation modules, digital wallet facilities, subscription systems, communication systems, and all related software, features, tools, and all the technological infrastructure and the ecosystem that are owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by SEYA AI SOLUTIONS (the "Company"), whether existing now or developed in the future.

The term shall include all associated services, programs, AI-generated outputs, expert interactions, updates, enhancements, and successor systems made available by the Company through such digital infrastructure.

The Platform may enable integrations, connections, or interoperability with third-party service providers, payment gateways, cloud hosting providers, analytics systems, communication tools, or external APIs. Such third-party services are provided independently by their respective owners and are not owned, controlled, or operated by the Company unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the avoidance of doubt:

• Access to or use of third-party services through the Platform does not constitute endorsement, control, or assumption of responsibility by the Company.
• The Company shall not be liable for the availability, accuracy, performance, security, or data handling practices of any third-party service, website, or API.
• Use of such third-party services shall be governed by the respective terms and privacy policies of those providers.

Use of the Platform includes accessing, browsing, registering, subscribing, interacting with AI systems or experts, making payments, uploading information, or otherwise engaging with any feature made available by the Company.

Cookies: SEYA AUORA uses cookies to enhance platform functionality. While not essential, disabling cookies may impact certain features as you may be required to provide login details every time you try to enter the platform as we would not be able to remember the previous login. We never place Personally Identifiable Information in Cookies.

Country: Refers to the Republic of India, where SEYA AI SOLUTIONS is registered and operates, and whose laws shall primarily govern these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Device: Any internet-connected hardware, including smartphones, tablets, computers, or other digital devices, used to access SEYA AUORA services.

Service / Services: Refers to the provision of online spiritual, astrological, numerological, and personal guidance services delivered through digital platforms, including but not limited to horoscope readings, interpretative reports, predictive insights, consultation sessions, AI-enabled analytical outputs, educational and informational content, subscription-based access to premium features, and any related advisory, facilitative, or supportive services offered under the SEYA AUORA App.

The Content offered through the Platform may include "Free Services," "Paid Services," or a combination thereof (collectively, the "Services").

To access Services, you must register as a user on the Platform. By registering for Paid Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Platform.
• Maintain and update such information as necessary to ensure that it remains accurate, complete, and current.

Use of the Services is subject to these Terms and Conditions, and your registration constitutes your agreement to comply with them.

Mobile Application or Application or "APP": Refers to the SEYA AUORA mobile application, available on Android and iOS platforms.

Website: The official SEYA AUORA Website, accessible at www.seyaauora.com.

Third-Party Services, External Providers: "Third-Party Services" refers to any external individuals, entities, organizations, institutions, platforms, systems, tools, applications, infrastructure providers, consultants, vendors, or service providers that are not employed, owned, or directly controlled by SEYA AI SOLUTIONS but whose services, products, technology, expertise, or content may be integrated with, accessible through, associated with, embedded within, linked to, or utilized in connection with SEYA AUORA and its Platform.

This includes, without limitation:

• Payment gateways, banks, financial institutions, and digital payment processors
• Cloud hosting providers and infrastructure services
• Analytics and data processing providers
• AI model providers and External APIs
• Communication and messaging platforms
• Customer support systems
• Marketing partners and advertisers
• Operational vendors, external consultants, and technical partners
• External websites accessible via links from the Platform

All Third-Party Services operate independently and are governed by their respective terms of service, privacy policies, and applicable regulatory frameworks. SEYA AUORA does not own, control, supervise, or assume responsibility for the acts, omissions, performance standards, content accuracy, availability, data handling practices, security measures, intellectual property compliance, or regulatory compliance of any Third-Party Service.

The inclusion or integration of Third-Party Services is provided solely for operational functionality, technical enablement, and user convenience and does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, recommendation, or approval by SEYA AUORA.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Access to or use of Third-Party Services is undertaken at their own discretion and subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.
• When accessing external websites through links provided on the Platform, SEYA AUORA's Terms & Conditions no longer govern such interactions.
• Any data, content, inputs, or communications transmitted to or processed by Third-Party Services are subject to the respective third party's policies.
• SEYA AUORA does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, quality, reliability, availability, timeliness, copyright compliance, security, or performance of any Third-Party Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SEYA AUORA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, service interruption, unauthorized access, data breach, misuse, regulatory issue, or other consequence arising from or attributable to Third-Party Services.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable law.

API Integration Disclaimer: Refer to third-party application programming interfaces integrated into the Platform to enable functionality such as automation, analytics, AI processing, messaging, payment processing, security features, or other service-related operations.

AI Assistant/Assistants, Chat Bots, and Conversational Inputs: AI assistants, chat bots, and virtual entities are algorithmic systems designed for educational, advisory, and self-awareness purposes. User inputs are voluntary, conscious, awake, and considered consent-driven. SEYA AUORA does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability. Users must exercise discretion and verify information independently before action. Any misuse, misrepresentation, or sharing of AI-generated content for commercial or competitive purposes is strictly prohibited.

Knowledge Base for AI Assistant/Assistants: Contributors providing knowledge base, data, or content for AI assistants grant SEYA AUORA irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable rights to use, modify, adapt, commercialize, and distribute such knowledge without restriction. Contributors retain no ownership, control, compensation, revenue share, or attribution rights. SEYA AUORA may modify, remove, suspend, or discontinue any knowledge-based assistant at its sole discretion. Knowledge providers are responsible for ensuring the content they submit is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe third-party rights.

You / User: Any individual or legal entity or any entity that represents individual, group, or any organization that accesses, registers with, or uses SEYA AUORA services or interacts with any of the platform of SEYA AI SOLUTIONS for the services in any manner.

User Content: Refers to any data, text, images, inputs, queries, feedback, or other materials submitted, uploaded, or transmitted by Users through the Platform.

Account: Refers to the registered profile created by a User to access certain features or services of the Platform.

Subscription: Refers to any paid or recurring access plan granting Users enhanced or premium features of SEYA AUORA Services.

Content: Refers to all text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, data, designs, trademarks, service marks, AI-generated outputs, and other materials available on or through the Platform.

Experts: Refers to individuals or entities, whether internal, affiliated, contracted, freelance, independent, or external, who provide domain-specific knowledge, interpretations, insights, consultations, guidance, mentorship, advisory input, educational support, or related services through the SEYA AUORA Platform. This includes, without limitation, services relating to astrology, numerology, tarot, vastu, palm reading, personal development modalities, PLR-based content interpretation, awareness practices, spirituality, self-development guidance, or any other subject matter made available as part of standalone, bundled, Premium, subscription-based, AI-assisted, or technology-enabled offerings.

Experts may include internal team members, consultants, freelancers, independent contractors, affiliated professionals, third-party specialists, or other service providers engaged by the Company for delivering Services through the Platform. Unless expressly authorized in writing by SEYA AUORA, no Expert shall have the authority to legally bind, represent, create obligations on behalf of, or make official commitments for the Company.

Unless expressly appointed or employed by the Company through a separate written agreement, Experts shall be deemed to operate in an independent capacity, and nothing contained on the Platform, these Terms, related policies, communications, or operational arrangements shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary relationship, or permanent employment relationship between SEYA AUORA and any Expert.

All guidance, interpretations, and insights provided by Experts are offered strictly for informational, educational, or advisory purposes only. Such services do not constitute legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other regulated professional advice. Users acknowledge that any decision taken based on such guidance is made at their own discretion and risk.

The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or accuracy of interpretations provided by any Expert.

Third-Party Services and External Providers#

Third-Party Services, External Providers: "Third-Party Services" refers to any external individuals, entities, organizations, institutions, platforms, systems, tools, applications, infrastructure providers, consultants, vendors, or service providers that are not employed, owned or directly controlled by SEYA AI SOLUTIONS but whose services, products, technology, expertise, or content may be integrated with, accessible through, associated with, embedded within, linked to, or utilized in connection with SEYA AUORA and its Platform.

This includes, without limitation:

User, Content, Account, Subscription, and Experts#

You / User: Any individual or legal entity or any entity that represent individual, group, or any organization that accesses, registers with, or uses SEYA AUORA services or interact with any of the platform of SEYA AI SOLUTIONS for the services in any manner.

User Content: Refers to any data, text, images, inputs, queries, feedback, or other materials submitted, uploaded, or transmitted by Users through the Platform.

Account: Refers to the registered profile created by a User to access certain features or services of the Platform.

Subscription: Refers to any paid or recurring access plan granting Users enhanced or premium features of SEYA AUORA Services.

Content: Refers to all text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, data, designs, trademarks, service marks, AI-generated outputs, and other materials available on or through the Platform.

Experts: Refer to individuals or entities, whether internal, affiliated, contracted, freelance, or external, who provide domain-specific knowledge, interpretations, insights, consultations, guidance, mentorship, advisory input, or educational support through the SEYA AUORA Platform. This includes, without limitation, services relating to astrology, numerology, tarot, vastu, personal development modalities, PLR-based content interpretation, awareness practices, or any other subject matter made available as part of standalone or bundled offerings, including Premium or subscription-based services.

Experts may include the internal team members, independent contractors, freelancers, consultants, or third-party specialists engaged by the Company to deliver Services. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Experts operate in an independent capacity and are not agents authorized to legally bind the Company.

All guidance, interpretations, and insights provided by Experts are offered strictly for informational, educational, or advisory purposes only. Such services do not constitute legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other regulated professional advice. Users acknowledge that any decision taken based on such guidance is made at their own discretion and risk.

The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or accuracy of interpretations provided by any Expert.

Expert Engagement and Independent Capacity#

SEYA AUORA may provide Services through its internal personnel, authorized representatives, affiliated representatives, or through independent experts, consultants, freelancers, advisors, or third-party specialists, whether as standalone offerings or as part of bundled or Premium programs.

For the purposes of the Platform, "Experts" shall include the internal personnel, authorized representatives and independent external professionals engaged to deliver domain-specific guidance or interpretive services.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, independent external Experts operate as independent contractors and not as employees, partners, joint ventures, or legal agents authorized to bind the Company. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create an employment relationship, partnership, agency, fiduciary duty, or joint venture between the Company and any independent Expert.

All Experts, whether internal or external, retain professional discretion over their interpretive methodology and advisory style, subject to Platform standards and applicable law. The Company does not guarantee the outcome, accuracy, or effectiveness of any advisory engagement.

Users acknowledge that all advisory interactions are undertaken voluntarily and at their own discretion and risk.

User Account, Security, and Eligibility#

Users may create an account on the Platform using a valid login or sign-up method, which may include the use of existing Google account credentials based on the User's choice, or by registering directly through the Platform by providing certain required details, including but not limited to name, email address, phone number verified through OTP, birth details such as date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process.

Certain information may be required for account authentication, platform security, prevention of fake or fraudulent accounts, prevention of unauthorized access, and restriction of multiple account creation using the same credentials or details. Users are free to choose whether to register on the Platform; however, access to certain features, services, or functionalities may require account registration and submission of the requested information.

By creating an account, the User represents and warrants that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete, and agrees to keep such information updated at all times. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their account. Use of another User's account without authorization is strictly prohibited.

The right to use an account is personal and non-transferable. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under their account. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately. The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts if information is found to be false, incomplete, or outdated. Users should log out at the end of each session.

The platform may inform Users whether a Service is provided directly by SEYA AUORA or a third party; however, the Platform is not responsible for content shared or received via third-party services. Users acknowledge that personal and financial data transmitted online may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, or fraud, and that SEYA AUORA or its payment providers cannot control such risks.

The Services are not permitted for Users in jurisdictions or regions where such use is prohibited by law, regulation, treaty, religious practices, or administrative restrictions in such cases the user is responsible to check the terms and conditions to use the services based on the jurisdictions or regions. Additionally, Users may maintain only one active account at a time; creation of multiple accounts is prohibited.

Consent to Telecommunication Services#

By using the Platform, you consent to receive calls, chats, or video calls from Service Providers registered on the Platform, even if your mobile number is listed under Do Not Disturb (DND) services. Your agreement to these Terms of Usage constitutes unconditional consent for the Platform to facilitate such communications.

Independent or External Service Providers#

External or Independent Service Providers engaged through the Platform may, depending on the nature of the Service requested by a User, assist in designing, preparing, interpreting, delivering, or otherwise producing customized outputs, reports, consultations, or advisory materials in accordance with the specific service requirements selected by the User.

Such External Service Providers operate in their own independent professional capacity and are not employees, agents, partners, joint ventures, or legal representatives of SEYA AUORA. They provide services on a freelance or contractual basis and may be compensated through variable, project-based, session-based, commission-based, or other agreed fee structures facilitated through the Platform.

Each External Service Provider is solely responsible for the nature, content, methodology, accuracy, reliability, appropriateness, and delivery of the guidance, interpretations, advisory materials, or outputs they provide.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEYA AUORA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, suitability, or outcomes of any advice, interpretation, recommendation, or output delivered by an External Service Provider, nor does it assume responsibility for independent professional judgments made by them. Any claims, disputes, or grievances arising directly from the acts, omissions, representations, advisory services, or deliverables of an External Service Provider shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be directed against the relevant External Service Provider and not against SEYA AUORA. User's discretion is highly advised.

SEYA AUORA reserves the right to onboard, suspend, restrict, or remove External Service Providers for but not limited to the violation of Platform standards, policies, or applicable law but does not otherwise supervise or influence the substantive content of their advisory services.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable law.

General Terms and Acceptance of Services#

By accessing, browsing, registering on, purchasing from, subscribing to, interacting with, or otherwise using the SEYA AUORA website, mobile application, Platform, or any Services offered by SEYA AI SOLUTIONS through any digital or electronic means, including email communications and other modes of interaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding and enforceable agreement governing your access to and use of all present and future services, features, functionalities, and offerings made available by SEYA AUORA, including but not limited to AI chatbots, virtual assistants, knowledge-based systems, downloadable reports, structured programs (including SEYA AUORA Premium), consultations, community groups, awareness programs, subscription models, digital wallet features, and any other products or Services that may be introduced, modified, or expanded from time to time.

By using the Platform in any manner whatsoever — including visiting, browsing, creating an account, making purchases, participating in programs, interacting with AI systems or human experts, submitting information, or communicating with the Company — you expressly signify your acceptance of and agreement to comply with these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, "You" or "User" shall include any individual user, as well as any entity, organization, group, or representative on whose behalf such individual accesses or uses the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity or organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from accessing or using the Platform and Services. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Platform in the event of any violation of these Terms, applicable law, or misuse of the Services.

User Consent, Voluntary Engagement, and Technical Disclaimer#

By accessing, interacting with, enrolling in, or using any service, AI assistant, chat bot, virtual entity, expert interaction, program, community feature, premium offering, or by downloading, viewing, or relying on any report or content available through the SEYA AUORA mobile application, website, or associated platforms, the User expressly confirms that all inputs, communications, queries, personal information, and shared details are provided voluntarily, consciously, while fully aware, and with explicit and informed consent. The User grants SEYA AUORA the unrestricted right to collect, process, store, analyse, and utilize such information solely for the purpose of service delivery, service improvement, internal analysis, personalization, security, compliance, and algorithmic or AI model optimization, in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy. The User acknowledges and agrees that any actions, decisions, interpretations, or outcomes arising from the use of SEYA AUORA services are taken at their own discretion and risk, and SEYA AUORA shall not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or perceived outcomes. Further, the User expressly agrees that SEYA AUORA, its owners, affiliates, experts, service providers, and technology partners shall not be held liable for any service interruption, delay, inaccuracy, data loss, miscommunication, failure, or adverse impact arising from technical issues, device malfunctions, network failures, software bugs, third-party platform outages, external API errors, AI system limitations, or any hardware or system-related issues beyond SEYA AUORA's reasonable control.

User Conduct, Restrictions, and Reporting Obligations#

Users, including Service Providers and Members, must comply with the Platform's Terms, Privacy Policy, and applicable laws. Account use is personal and non-transferable. Users must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, and are responsible for all activity under their account.

Users must not post, transmit, or share any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, abusive, harassing, misleading, discriminatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights. Unauthorized commercial use, reselling, hacking, reverse engineering, or uploading harmful files (e.g., viruses) is strictly prohibited.

Interactions with Service Provider / Providers must be civil, respectful, and non-discriminatory. Disparaging, false, or malicious feedback is prohibited; violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund. Users must report any misuse, abuse, or violations of the Terms to SEYA AUORA promptly.

The Platform reserves the right to investigate reported violations, remove offending users, issue warnings, or ban repeated offenders. While SEYA AUORA will attempt to resolve issues, ultimate responsibility for user behaviour and content rests with the User. Any remaining account balance after termination will be refunded subject to applicable charges.

Prohibited and Restricted Content#

Users of SEYA AUORA are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, distributing, or promoting content that stats but not limited to:

• Endangers Minors or Involves Child Exploitation – Includes child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, sextortion, sexualisation of minors, or predatory behaviour. Content targeting children with adult themes, excessive violence, or promoting harmful activities is also prohibited.
• Sexual Content and Profanity – Includes pornography, sexually explicit content, solicitation of sexual acts for compensation, non-consensual sexual content, sexual aids, sexualized pranks, and content promoting sexual exploitation.
• Hate Speech and Discrimination – Includes content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, caste, nationality, age, or other protected characteristics.
• Violence and Self-Harm – Includes graphic depictions of violence, threats, self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or activities likely to cause injury or death.
• Terrorism and Dangerous Organizations – Includes content promoting terrorist acts, recruitment, glorifying violence against civilians, or planning violent acts.
• Insensitive or Exploitative Content Related to Sensitive Events – Includes content that capitalizes on, denies, or is insensitive toward major tragedies, natural disasters, public health crises, or deaths.
• Bullying, Harassment, and Exploitation – Includes threats, harassment, blackmail, humiliation, or bullying of individuals or groups.
• Dangerous Products or Instructions – Includes promotion, sale, or instructional content related to explosives, firearms, ammunition, restricted firearm accessories, or methods to convert weapons to automatic or simulated automatic functionality.

Prohibited Substances and Drug-Related Content. Users are strictly prohibited from facilitating, promoting, or selling:

• Marijuana or marijuana-derived products, irrespective of local legality.
• Tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and vape devices.
• Psychotropic or restricted drugs as defined under applicable law, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1945.
• Content encouraging illegal or inappropriate use of alcohol or tobacco.

Violation may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or legal action.

Enforcement: SEYA AUORA maintains zero tolerance for prohibited content and reserves the right to immediately remove offending accounts, delete content, and pursue legal action where applicable.

License, Restrictions, and Suggestions#

License: SEYA AUORA provides you with a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app in accordance with these terms.

Restrictions: You agree not to engage in, or allow others to:

• Sell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the app in any way.
• Modify, create derivative works from, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from SEYA AUORA or its affiliates.

User/Your Suggestions: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas (collectively, "Suggestions") submitted to SEYA AUORA regarding the app or related to the app or services or uses remain the exclusive property of SEYA AUORA. We may use, modify, or distribute these suggestions freely without obligation to provide credit or compensation.

Modifications and Updates#

SEYA AUORA reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue temporarily or permanently the app or any aspect of its app, service provider/providers, services, features, content, or website at any time, without prior notice, it's SEYA AUORA's sole discretion. Updates may modify or remove certain functionalities, and SEYA AUORA is not obligated to provide continued support or specific features, your account details or any files or other materials which is contained in your account. Users acknowledge and agree that SEYA AUORA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from such actions.

SEYA AUORA may periodically enhance or improve the app's features and functionality through updates, including patches, bug fixes, and upgrades ("Updates"). These Updates may modify or remove certain features or functionalities. You acknowledge that SEYA AUORA is not obligated to (i) provide Updates or (ii) maintain any specific features or functionalities within the app.

Additionally, you agree that all Updates will be considered an essential part of the app and will be subject to the terms of this Agreement. We will post our Terms and Conditions, if any modification is made under the same page.

Errors and Accuracy: SEYA AUORA does not warrant that the Platform or its content will be error-free, virus-free, or entirely accurate, complete, or reliable. Users assume all risks associated with the use of the Platform and its content.

Termination and Suspension#

This Agreement shall remain in effect from the date of acceptance until terminated by either the User or SEYA AUORA.

Users may terminate their participation at any time by discontinuing use of the Platform and Services and, where applicable, closing/deleting their registered account in accordance with platform procedures.

SEYA AUORA reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform, Services, community programs, consultations, or any feature thereof, with or without prior notice, if:

• The User violates these Terms or any applicable policy;
• The User engages in unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive conduct;
• Continued access may create legal, reputational, operational, or security risk;
• Required by law, regulatory authority, or court order.

Upon termination:

• The User must immediately cease all access to and use of the Services;
• Any rights granted under this Agreement shall automatically terminate;
• Access to reports, programs, consultations, or community features may be revoked;
• Any outstanding payment obligations, charges, fees, or amounts due prior to the date of termination shall remain immediately due and payable. Termination shall not relieve the User of liability for unpaid amounts, disputes relating to prior Services rendered, chargebacks, or recovery of fees, and SEYA AUORA reserves the right to pursue collection or legal remedies in accordance with applicable law.
• Termination shall not entitle the User to any refund of fees.

Termination or suspension shall not affect any provisions of this Agreement that by their nature are intended to survive, including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Data Retention, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution clauses.

Termination of this Agreement does not limit SEYA AUORA's right to seek legal or equitable remedies for breaches occurring prior to or after termination.

Copyright Infringement#

Eligibility and User Responsibility#

You confirm that you are of legal age and legally competent under applicable Indian laws to enter into binding agreements. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and any authentication information associated with the Platform. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, shall be deemed your responsibility. Users must ensure that all information, data, or content provided on the Platform is accurate, lawful, and not in violation of any rights of third parties. You are responsible for compliance with all local, national, or international laws applicable to your access and use of the Platform. Any misuse, unauthorized sharing, or breach of these Terms can result in immediate suspension or termination without notice. By engaging with any Services, you confirm your participation is voluntary, conscious, and in an awake state, and that all information provided is consent-driven. The User explicitly understands that all engagement and information sharing under any Service will be considered as providing informed consent and acknowledges that SEYA AUORA is fully indemnified against all potential outcomes, interpretations, or decisions arising from such engagement.

The Platform is not responsible for any misuse of its Services by any person, including minors. However, you may inquire about minors in your family in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Nature of Services (Present and Future)#

SEYA AUORA provides Astrology and Spiritual Consultation Services and related guidance services provided through AI-powered, technology-enabled, and human-assisted systems via its Platform. Such Services may include, without limitation, AI chatbot assistants, knowledge-based assistants, virtual assistance tools, human-led consultations delivered by internal or third-party service providers, downloadable or digitally generated reports, automated or AI-generated outputs, live or recorded sessions, community or informational groups, assessments, awareness programs, structured programs, educational content, bundled offerings such as SEYA AUORA Premium (which may combine multiple services, modalities, or features subject to User consent), and any other tools, features, services, or programs introduced now or in the future.

All Services, whether offered individually or as part of bundled or Premium offerings, are provided strictly for informational, educational, self-awareness, spiritual exploration, personal development, entertainment, and general advisory purposes only, and shall not be construed as medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice or guarantees of outcomes.

SEYA AUORA reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to determine the availability, structure, scope, pricing, eligibility criteria, configuration, delivery method, or continuity of any Service. Any Service may be modified, upgraded, downgraded, suspended, restricted, limited, replaced, removed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, except where otherwise required under applicable law. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific outcomes, compatibility, or continued access to any Service feature.

Users acknowledge that engagement with AI-powered systems, digital tools, or advisory services may involve automated processing, interpretive methodologies, or human-assisted inputs, and that outputs may vary in nature. User discretion is advised when interacting with any guidance, interpretation, or advisory format provided through the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of SEYA AUORA arising out of or relating to any specific paid Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User for that particular Service.

Users further agree not to misuse, replicate, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, extract data from, exploit, or engage in competitive intelligence gathering, business targeting behavior, or any activity intended to harm, manipulate, undermine, or commercially exploit the Platform, its systems, service architecture, proprietary methodologies, or brand identity. Any such conduct shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension, termination of access, and appropriate legal action.

AI Chat Bot and Virtual Assistants#

AI chat bots, virtual assistants, and conversational AI entities, designed will be to provide guidance, information, and knowledge enhancement. Users acknowledge that AI outputs are algorithmically generated based on the personalized details provided (like, birth details, specific query) and may not constitute professional advice or accurate predictions. Any information, responses, or insights provided are intended for educational and self-development purposes only. Users consent that all interactions are voluntary, conscious, awake, and fully consented, and understand that SEYA AUORA shall not be liable for any decisions, outcomes, or actions based on these interactions. Inputs provided by the User may be processed, stored. Users must exercise critical judgment, independently verify outputs, and assume all responsibility for outcomes. Any misuse of AI outputs to harm third parties or competitors is strictly prohibited and may attract penalties, including civil and criminal remedies. No data is allowed or available for user's commercial use. User interactions, queries, and input provided to AI chat bots or virtual assistants may be processed, stored, and retained beyond the duration of a session to enhance algorithmic performance, improve service delivery, detect misuse, and for internal analysis, while remaining confidential and used solely for the purposes for which the User engaged the Service.

Downloadable Reports, Assessments, and Digital Content#

SEYA AUORA Services may include personalized downloadable reports, assessments, summaries, charts, AI-generated analyses, spiritual insights, and consultation outputs (including PDF or other digital formats). Such materials are generated based on User-provided inputs through algorithmic analysis, structured knowledge-based frameworks, artificial intelligence systems, external APIs, automated technologies, and/or human-assisted interpretation integrated, operated, or licensed by SEYA AUORA.

These reports and digital materials are developed or generated exclusively by SEYA AUORA administrators, authorized systems, or integrated technologies, at their discretion, and are provided as part of or in connection with the advisory and spiritual services offered through the Platform, including standalone personalized report preparation services where applicable. The use of automated systems or APIs serves solely as a technological mechanism for delivering customized advisory outputs and does not constitute the sale, licensing, or transfer of software, digital products, or technology to the User.

All downloadable reports and assessments are informational and educational in nature and are intended solely for self-awareness and advisory purposes. They do NOT constitute professional, financial, legal, medical, psychological, or other regulated advice. SEYA AUORA does not guarantee specific outcomes, accuracy, completeness, or continuity of content. Any interpretation, decision, strategy, or action taken based on such materials is undertaken solely at the User's discretion and risk.

Submission of personal data, queries, responses, or assessment inputs constitutes explicit consent for SEYA AUORA to process, analyse, and generate outputs for the purpose of delivering the Services. Data submitted or generated in connection with reports or assessments may be retained for auditing, quality assurance, analytics, service improvement, compliance, or lawful regulatory purposes, even after completion of the Service, without creating any obligation to provide ongoing individualized content.

Access to downloadable reports is incidental to the Service availed by the User. No intellectual property rights are transferred or assigned to the User, and such materials are provided strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or commercially exploit any reports or digital content without prior written consent of SEYA AUORA.

Community, Programs, and Live Sessions#

SEYA AUORA Services may include interactive programs such as community groups, live sessions, webinars, mentorship interactions, and structured programs, including but not limited to SEYA AUORA PREMIUM. The structure, format, and scope of such programs shall be communicated to Users prior to participation. Participation in these offerings is voluntary and constitutes informed consent to the terms governing such engagement.

Voluntary Disclosures, and Platform Disclaimer: Users are solely responsible for maintaining respectful, lawful, and appropriate conduct within community spaces, discussion forums, group sessions, interactive environments, expert consultations, or any other collaborative or participatory features made available on the Platform.

Users must respect the privacy, confidentiality, dignity, intellectual property rights, and personal boundaries of other participants and of SEYA AUORA.

The sharing of personal details, personal information, routines, experiences, opinions, personal concerns, health-related matters, financial situations, relationship matters, or any other sensitive or identifying information within community spaces or interactive environments is undertaken solely at the discretion and voluntary choice of the User or participant. The Platform does not require, compel, pressure, induce, or otherwise solicit Users to disclose any personal concern, confidential information, or sensitive detail.

The Platform makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of absolute privacy, confidentiality, or restricted access with respect to information voluntarily shared by Users within community environments or interactive features where such content may be visible, accessible, or viewable by other participants. Users acknowledge that any information voluntarily disclosed in such spaces may be read, accessed, copied, shared, or acted upon by other participants.

The Platform, its operators, affiliates, employees, experts, moderators, representatives, or associated individuals:

• Do not objectify, exploit, or intentionally misuse personal disclosures made by Users;
• Do not endorse, verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability of suggestions, advice, opinions, or recommendations shared by community members; and
• Shall not be responsible or liable for any consequences arising out of voluntary disclosures, community interactions, or reliance upon suggestions or advice provided by other Users or participants.

Any suggestion, recommendation, guidance, or opinion shared by community members or participants, whether accepted, implemented, or relied upon by another User, shall be entirely at the receiving User's independent discretion and judgment. The Platform shall not be responsible for any loss, harm, damage, dispute, or consequence arising directly or indirectly from such reliance or interaction.

Any misuse, harassment, unlawful conduct, impersonation, violation of community guidelines, or breach of applicable laws may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of access to the Platform, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to the Company.

SEYA AUORA does not guarantee specific results, measurable progress, professional advancement, financial gain, or personal outcomes from participation in any community program, live session, or structured offering. Any decisions, actions, or strategies undertaken based on participation are made at the User's own discretion and risk.

SEYA AUORA shall not be responsible for disputes, disagreements, representations, or interactions occurring between participants within community spaces, live sessions, or program environments.

Users agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, share, modify, or commercially exploit any session content, materials, or discussions without prior written consent from SEYA AUORA.

Participation in community programs and live sessions constitutes consent to the collection and processing of participation-related data, including discussions, feedback, and engagement metrics, for purposes of moderation, analytics, personalization, service improvement, compliance, and operational security. Such data may be retained beyond the active participation period in accordance with applicable data protection laws and internal policies.

Human Consultations and Personalized Guidance#

SEYA AUORA Services may include one-on-one consultations, mentorship sessions, or program-specific guidance, the structure and format of which shall be communicated to the User prior to commencement. Participation in such sessions constitutes informed and voluntary consent by the User.

All consultations, mentorship interactions, and guidance sessions are provided solely for informational, educational, and advisory purposes. Outcomes may vary depending on individual decisions, circumstances, interpretation, and actions taken by the User. The User acknowledges that any application of guidance is undertaken at their own discretion and risk.

SEYA AUORA does not guarantee specific financial, professional, personal, emotional, or spiritual outcomes arising from consultations. Such services do not substitute for legal, medical, psychological, financial, or other licensed professional advice, and Users are encouraged to exercise independent judgment and seek qualified professionals where appropriate.

SEYA AUORA reserves the right to modify, reschedule, limit, suspend, or discontinue consultation services at its discretion.

Information voluntarily shared during consultations, mentorship sessions, or program-specific interactions may be retained for internal documentation, service improvement, expert training, dispute resolution, quality assurance, or legal compliance purposes. Any such usage shall remain confined to the purpose for which the information was originally provided and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Service Provider Display Names and Privacy#

SEYA AUORA may allow external or internal Service Providers to use a Display Name on the Platform, which can differ from their legal or registered name. This is intended to protect privacy and enhance user experience and is not considered misrepresentation.

Service Providers are verified according to SEYA AUORA's internal policies and applicable law. In case of complaints, disputes, or legal requirements, SEYA AUORA may disclose real details to authorities as legally necessary.

The Platform reserves the right to approve, modify, suspend, or remove Display Names to maintain compliance. SEYA AUORA is not liable for misunderstandings arising from the difference between Display Names and legal names, except as required by law.

Payments and Third-Party Payment Services#

User Payment Obligations, Accuracy of Banking Information, and Third-Party Payment Services: Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and valid banking and payment information, including but not limited to debit card details, credit card details, net banking credentials, UPI information, digital wallet details, or other authorized online payment methods when making payments for SEYA AUORA Services.

Users represent and warrant that:

• They are the lawful owner of, or are duly authorized to use, the payment method provided;
• The payment information submitted is true, accurate, and up to date;
• Sufficient funds, credit, or authorization limits are available to complete the transaction; and
• The use of such payment method does not violate any applicable law, banking regulation, or third-party agreement.

The Platform may utilize third-party banking institutions, payment gateways, financial service providers, card networks, UPI processors, digital wallet providers, or other authorized payment intermediaries to process transactions. Such third-party payment service providers operate independently and are governed by their respective terms, privacy policies, and regulatory frameworks.

By initiating a transaction on the Platform, the User expressly authorizes the Company and its designated third-party payment processors to process payments, verify transaction details, and complete settlements in accordance with applicable financial regulations.

The Company does not store or control complete sensitive payment credentials unless expressly permitted under applicable payment industry standards and legal requirements. The Company shall not be liable for any failure, delay, error, interruption, security breach, or unauthorized transaction arising from the acts, omissions, or systems of third-party banking or payment service providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, refuse, or reverse transactions in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized use, regulatory non-compliance, or breach of these Terms.

SEYA AUORA Wallet and Service Credits#

"SEYA AUORA Wallet" refers to the digital account maintained by the Company on the Platform in the User's name, reflecting the balance of Service Credits available for use solely toward availing services on the Platform, subject to compliance with these Terms and the Wallet's active status. The SEYA AUORA Wallet is NOT a bank account, prepaid payment instrument, stored value facility, deposit, or payment system under applicable law, including the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and does not require authorization or regulation by the Reserve Bank of India.

"Service Credits" are notional units recorded in the SEYA AUORA Wallet for the limited purpose of accessing services on the Platform. Service Credits do not constitute legal tender, money, stored value, or deposits, have no cash value, and are non-transferable, non-assignable, non-refundable, non-redeemable, and cannot be encashed or exchanged for monetary value. These are consumable units representing prepaid access to services available on the Platform and shall be utilized for service transactions until exhausted or expired.

"Real Service Credits" are Service Credits purchased by the User through authorized monetary payment methods available on the Platform.

"Virtual Service Credits" are promotional or non-monetary credits may granted by the Company, including but not limited to cashback, referral rewards, bonus credits, goodwill credits, or other incentive-based credits.

"Active Status of SEYA AUORA Wallet" means the Wallet remains enabled and operational on the Platform, capable of holding and utilizing Service Credits, and has not been suspended, restricted, or terminated by the Company in accordance with these Terms.

Service Credits Usage, Validity, and Refund Conditions — Validity and Expiry: The SEYA AUORA Wallet remains active subject to compliance with these Terms. However, each Service Credit transaction carries a defined validity period. Any unused Service Credits may expire upon completion of their respective validity period under 1 year, regardless of the Wallet's active status.

Purchase of Service Credits: Users may acquire Real Service Credits by recharging through authorized payment methods available on the Platform.

Refunds: Where a refund is approved under the Company's refund policy, the User may receive the refund either to the original payment method or as Service Credits in the SEYA AUORA Wallet. Credits issued through refunds shall be categorized as Real or Virtual Service Credits based on the nature of the original transaction and shall remain subject to the same usage, order of utilization, and expiry terms unless expressly stated otherwise.

NOTE: Purchase of Service Credits constitutes prepaid consideration for services available on the Platform. By purchasing Service Credits, the User agrees that such credits represent advance payment toward services offered on the Platform, and applicable taxes may be charged at the time of purchase in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

Platform Authority and User Access Control#

SEYA AUORA reserves the absolute and sole right, at its discretion, to manage, restrict, modify, suspend, or permanently terminate access to the Platform, Services, programs, AI systems, community groups, or features for any User, entity, expert, or third party, at any time and without prior notice or liability, for operational, technical, legal, compliance, security, reputational, or business reasons. Any attempt to misuse, exploit, reverse-engineer, scrape data, extract models, gather competitive intelligence, manipulate platform behaviour, interfere with system integrity, or otherwise target the Platform, brand, Services, AI systems, or associated infrastructure shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of access, suspension of services, financial penalties, legal action, and injunctive or equitable relief, as permitted by law. Users who believe such action has occurred in error may contact SEYA AUORA at the officially published support email; connect@SEYAAUORA.COM however, SEYA AUORA is under no obligation to reinstate access or provide justification for its decision.

Intellectual Property and Ownership#

All content, software, artificial intelligence systems, algorithms, reports, workflows, methodologies, program structures, designs, branding elements, trademarks, service marks, materials, and other intellectual property associated with SEYA AUORA or made available through the Platform remain the exclusive property of SEYA AUORA or its licensors under SEYA AI SOLUTIONS. No rights, title, or interest are transferred to Users except for a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

Users shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, extract source code, create derivative works, commercially exploit, or otherwise use any intellectual property of SEYA AUORA without prior written consent.

User Submissions and Feedback#

If a User submits, posts, shares, or transmits any ideas, suggestions, feedback, designs, photographs, information, proposals, concepts, or other materials—including ideas for new or improved products, services, features, technologies, content, or promotions such submissions shall be deemed voluntary and non-confidential.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the User hereby irrevocably assigns to SEYA AUORA all worldwide rights, title, and interest in and to such submissions, including any associated intellectual property rights. Where assignment is not legally permissible, the User grants SEYA AUORA a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sub licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and otherwise exploit such submissions for any lawful purpose.

SEYA AUORA shall have no obligation to compensate, credit, review, respond to, or maintain confidentiality regarding any such submissions and may use them for development, production, marketing, enhancement, or improvement of products and services in any medium, without restriction.

Restrictions and Responsibilities#

Users agree not to exploit, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, redistribute, or otherwise misuse the Platform or its content. Users must ensure all interactions are lawful, ethical, and do not harm SEYA AUORA, its brand, Services, representatives, platforms, services flow, Owner/Owners, AI systems, or any third-party rights. Any violation may result in immediate account termination, legal action, or penalties. Users are solely responsible for their actions and interactions on the Platform.

Warranties#

All Services, AI systems, reports, consultations, and interactions are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, continuity, or non-infringement. Users assume all risk in using the Platform or Services.

Tracking Technologies#

The Platform may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to enhance User experience, remember preferences, analyse trends, and optimize functionality. By accessing or using the Platform, Users consent to the use of such technologies. Users may manage or disable cookies through their device or browser settings; however, certain features, content, or Services may not function properly if cookies are blocked or disabled. SEYA AUORA does not share personally identifiable cookie data with third parties except as necessary to provide, maintain, or improve the Services, or as required by law. Continued use of the Platform constitutes consent to the collection and processing of cookie data.

Termination#

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by SEYA AUORA or the User, Entity. SEYA AUORA may suspend or terminate access immediately, without notice, for violation of these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. Upon termination, Users must cease all access and remove copies of any Platform-related content.

Ownership Transfer#

In the event of any but not limited to merger, sale, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of SEYA AUORA or its assets, all data, details, rights, Services, and obligations may be transferred to the new owner or the authority without requiring additional consent from Users. Users acknowledge that such transfers are permitted and that their continued use constitutes acceptance.

Amendments and Updates#

SEYA AUORA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or revise these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice. Such amendments may include changes to the scope of Services, user obligations, fees, content policies, or any other provisions contained herein. Continued use of the Platform, including accessing, interacting with, or utilizing any Services after such modifications, constitutes the User's express acceptance of the updated Terms. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms to stay informed of any changes, and failure to comply with the updated Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform and Services. SEYA AUORA may, but is not obligated to, provide notifications of updates, and the most current version of the Terms will be available on the Platform at all times.

Force Majeure#

SEYA AUORA shall not be liable for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, internet or power failures, cyberattacks, labour disputes, third-party service failures, or other unforeseen events. Services may be suspended or modified during such events without liability.

Platform Shutdown, Suspension, or Discontinuation#

SEYA AUORA reserves the absolute right to temporarily or permanently shut down, suspend, migrate, sell, merge, or discontinue the Platform or any Service, AI system, program, or community group, at its sole discretion. No liability shall arise for loss of access, data, or anticipated benefits. Users acknowledge that digital platforms are subject to operational changes, upgrades, or discontinuation.

Account Deletion and Data Removal Policy#

Users may request account deletion through the SEYA AUORA mobile application or by writing on connect@seyaauora.com. Upon such request, SEYA AUORA will initiate the deletion process, which takes thirty (30) days, depending on operational, technical, and legal requirements. Account deletion includes the removal of user-accessible data, including but not limited to complete chat histories, service interaction records, personalized reports, stored preferences, and purchase or transaction records from active and operational systems.

By proceeding with account deletion, Users acknowledge and agree that personally identifiable information (PII) and general usage data associated with the account will be removed from SEYA AUORA'S active databases and will no longer be accessible to the User or visible within the Platform.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, certain categories of data may be retained even after account deletion, strictly for legal, regulatory, compliance, security, audit, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, taxation, and enforcement purposes, as required or permitted under applicable laws. Such retained data may include, but is not limited to, transactional records, payment confirmations, invoices, timestamps, consent logs, communication metadata, IP logs, device identifiers, system access logs, audit trails, and records required to comply with statutory or governmental obligations. Any retained data shall be securely stored, access-restricted, and used solely for lawful purposes, and shall not be used for marketing, personalization, or service delivery after account deletion.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once the deletion process is completed, the account cannot be restored, and all deleted data of any manner cannot be recovered. Users are solely responsible for backing up any information, content, or records they wish to retain prior to initiating deletion. All purchases, subscriptions, or payments made through the Platform remain final and non-refundable, even after account deletion.

Consent for Data and Engagement#

By accessing, using, enrolling in, or interacting with any Service, AI system, virtual assistant, expert interaction, downloadable content, program, or feature offered by SEYA AUORA, Users expressly confirm that all information, inputs, communications, queries, and personal or situational details shared are provided voluntarily, consciously, while fully aware, and with informed consent.

Such consent authorizes SEYA AUORA to collect, use, process, store, analyse, retain, and manage User data as reasonably required to operate, deliver, maintain, and improve the Platform and its Services. This may include, without limitation, use of data for service delivery, personalization, analytics, internal research, product improvement, system optimization, security monitoring, fraud prevention, legal compliance, customer support, communication, notifications, feedback analysis, and operational purposes.

Subject to applicable laws and the Privacy Policy, User data may also be used for platform communications, service updates, informational messages, promotional or marketing communications, feature announcements, program invitations, and engagement-related outreach, through in-app notifications, email, or other communication channels. Users acknowledge that such communications form part of the Platform experience and may be customized based on engagement or usage patterns.

Users further acknowledge the inherent limitations of AI-generated outputs, human-assisted guidance, and algorithmic interpretation, and expressly agree that all decisions, actions, interpretations, or outcomes arising from use of the Platform or Services are undertaken at the User's own discretion and risk. SEYA AUORA shall not be responsible or liable for any consequences resulting from reliance on such information.

All data collection and usage practices are governed in detail by SEYA AUORA's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of both this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
